Pallet Flow (Live) Racking

Live storage racking for palletized loads are compact structures that incorporate roller tracks. These are placed slightly sloped, which enables the pallet sliding over.

• Perfect product rotation by applying the FIFO (First In First Out) where the first pallet to get in is the first pallet to get removed .Therefore the oldest pallet always in first place.
• FIFO is maintained by the system and ideal for products with expiration dates.
• Maximum capacity as this is a compact storage system.
• Minimize forklift travel times (as forklifts don’t need to enter the racking).
• Ideal for freezer warehouses, food distribution, or for storage of high-volume customer goods, Pallet Flow is also good for holding warehouses and dispatch areas, where pallets need to be removed quickly.
